You should have received a tracking number via the email used to place your order. You may also use that to track your order.


I have NOT received my order and I want a refund

We can't issue a refund based on our policies since your order is in process. Please allow up to 2-4 weeks to receive your order. You can read our policies here.


I HAVE received my order and want a refund

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a credit or exchange.  

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused in brand new condition as you received it. Not damaged. It must also be in the original packaging. 

You must take a photo of the product in unused condition in original packaging along with your return postal tracking number and email it to including your order number.

 You will then be issued a store credit within 3-5 business days. The store credit will be issued to the email address attached to your original order. Look out for it there.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

I just placed an order and want to cancel it 

Your order is in processing immediately after you place it, which is already being packed to ship out. You will receive the tracking number within 3 business days via the email you placed your order.

The way to receive a refund on an order is to return the product following the instructions above under "I HAVE received my order and want a refund" 

 If you signed up for a subscription membership below is the link to access your membership information where you can modify or cancel your membership.

 I just placed an order and inputed the wrong address

You will need to go to the product page on our website and re-purchase the order with the correct address. Once you've done this please reach out to with your new order number as well as the original order number with the wrong address. We will refund your original order only if you've contacted us within 24 hours of your original purchase.


I was re-charged for the same product and I do not know why
